Abstract/Overview

Microsoft Word is the most widely used software for creating business documents of all types. Users have a powerful array of tools at their disposal, including automatic spelling and grammar checking and correction; sophisticated table handling, including integration with Excel; support for nearly any printer you can imagine; extensive built-in and online help; even XML support for document management systems.

Audience - Who Should Attend?

People who want to develop greater mastery over Word 2003 with the ability to create complex forms and web pages, customize the Word environment, and record document macros.

Prerequisite

Experienced Word user; comfortable with tables, columns, styles and graphics.

Objective

Upon completing this module, you will be able to:
·         Create forms and populate them with items like text fields, drop-downs, check boxes and radio buttons, and online help
·         Create web pages from scratch, and convert existing documents into web pages complete with hyperlinks, graphics and frames
