Abstract/Overview

This course is a fast-paced introduction to the skills and activities involved in understanding and documenting good Business Requirements. Participants are introduced to formal methods of gathering, analyzing and presenting business requirements, data and processes. Emphasis is placed on understanding the business needs, communicating them clearly, and verifying their accuracy and completeness.

Audience - Who Should Attend?

The course is intended for Business Analysts and anyone responsible for understanding and communicating business requirements.

Prerequisite

A general understanding of computer systems and the systems development process is necessary.
